Sales Support Team Members: one full time post & one casual part time post.
We are looking to recruit two new members of staff to join our busy Holmfirth office. The positions will involve working predominantly in residential sales but also providing support to other departments.
Experience is not necessary as full training will be given to the successful candidates. What is important is a passion for providing high level customer service, an interest in property and a good knowledge of the local area. Applicants must thrive on working as part of a team and be adaptable in their approach to work.
Wm. Sykes and Son is a family run Estate Agency practice specialising in the sale and rental of Residential and Agricultural properties. The company was established in 1866 and in 2016 we celebrated our 150th year in business.
Dealing with enquiries face to face, over the telephone and via email.
Arranging & conducting viewings on houses.
Obtaining feedback from viewers and reporting back to vendors.
Assisting our Sales Negotiators and Valuers throughout the sale process.
Assisting our other departments and liaising with our other office.
Approachable and friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
A good eye for detail.
Clean driving licence.
Full time post: please be aware that this post will involve some weekend work on a rota basis.
Part time post: we are initially looking for someone to work weekends and one day in the week, however additional hours may be available.
