Directions

From Junction 23 of the M62 Motorway follow the A640 New Hey Road (signposted Rochdale) through Outlane for approximately 1 mile. This road runs parallel with the M62. After it passes over the motorway take the first left onto Rochdale Road. Continue down here then along Waller Clough Road and Bolster Moor Road. The sale will be found here at the junction with Drummer Lane.
