April Property Auction Results

Wm Sykes & Son held another successful auction at the Huntsman Inn with all of the properties exceeding their reserve prices. The sale was well attended and bidding was brisk for all of the properties.

The results were as follows:

Lot One: Two Trees, Butterley Lane, New Mill, Holmfirth - Sold For £368,000.

Lot Two: 2 Mount Royal, Wham Leigh, Sowood, Halifax - Sold For £138,000.

Lot Three: 47 Sheffield Road, Jackson Bridge, Holmfirth - Sold For £60,000.
