Flouch Farm, Flouch, Sheffield was sold by auction yesterday evening for £650,000. The property comprised of a two bedroom farmhouse with adjoining outbuildings and land ammounting to approximately 44 acres. The sale was held at the Dog & Partridge Inn, Manchester Road, Sheffield.
